Anduril Will Expand in Long Beach with $1B Campus

Defense contractor Anduril will expand in Long Beach with a $1-billion campus to be developed by Sares Regis Group, according to the Los Angeles Times. The Long Beach campus will span approximately 1.18 million square feet across six buildings, combining 750,000 square feet of office with 435,000 square feet of industrial space dedicated to research and development. It’s expected to deliver in mid-2027.

“This investment is a major vote of confidence in Long Beach and California’s leadership in advanced manufacturing and aerospace,” said Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson. “Long Beach has long been a naval and manufacturing city, with a history of building complex aircraft. Today, the next generation of companies is choosing to build and hire here again.”

The new facility will be located about 30 minutes from Anduril’s headquarters in Costa Mesa and about 90 minutes from the company’s Capistrano test site. Anduril is now valued at $30.5 billion following a Series G funding round.
