Androscoggin County Invests $5M in Property for New Sheriff’s Office

Androscoggin County in ME has purchased a 6.54 parcel of land improved with a 12,619-square-foot mixed-use building in Auburn, ME for $4.5 million. The county plans to utilize the space at 774 Center Street as its new sheriff’s office.
