Andrew R. Judd, managing principal and market leader of the New Jersey Region for Cushman & Wakefield, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of NAIOP New Jersey.

“I look forward to contributing to the association as it continues its mission to advance the industry as a whole, and improve the communities in which our members work and live,” said Judd.

Based in Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office, Judd has overall P&L responsibility and manages 200 brokerage and business line professionals. He supervises all activities of the New Jersey region, with a focus on service delivery to clients, new business initiatives, the development of talent and the maximization of market share and profitability.
