Andrew Morrow Brings Vast Industrial Experience to C&W
Andrew Morrow has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an executive managing director in its Inland Empire office. Specializing in industrial tenant representation, Morrow brings more than 16 years of experience in the industrial sector. He will provide value-added consulting for corporate occupiers’ real estate, supply chain and operations across Southern California and the Western United States.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Morrow was a founding partner in Newmark’s industrial advisory group. Before that, he was a tenant adviser at Savills, where Morrow was also a multi-year Top 100 producer. Previously he was a vice president at CBRE where he was a recipient of the firm’s RISE Award (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence). Morrow began his career in 2004 in Greater Los Angeles.
