Andrea Rosen Gallery Renews 5-Year Lease in Chelsea 

Clinton Management, affiliated with Douglaston Development, has renewed a 1,301-square-foot lease with Andrea Rosen Gallery at 555 West 23rd Street in West Chelsea. The lease, for five years, reaffirms Andrea Rosen’s commitment to the building, where it maintains its primary office for representing conceptual artist Felix Gonzalez-Torres and supporting contemporary experiential programming. 

“We are excited to extend Andrea Rosen’s presence at the building as we continue our long-standing mission of facilitating and supporting arts initiatives across the robust gallery district that has grown in West Chelsea,” said Ryan O’Connor, CEO of Clinton Management.  

The building’s retail space also houses other tenants like Art9 Comics, LLC, Detour Gallery, and Fredricks and Frasier Gallery. 555 West 23rd Street, developed in 2006, offers condos and amenities such as a landscaped terrace, fitness center, residents’ lounge.
