The portfolio consists of 2,199 units. Andover Properties purchased the properties from private individuals. Marcus & Millichap’s Dave Knobler and Charles LeClaire represented the sellers and found the buyer, Andover Properties.

The facilities ranged in size from 103,000 square feet to 156,000. All four are run by separate operating companies. Drive-Up Self Storage, Great Space Storage, Mini City Self Storage and Mr. Self Storage are just four facilities Andover has picked up of late. The company has made recent Texas acquisitions in Garland, Argyle, College Station and San Antonio. That goes along with 16 in the Dallas/Fort Worth area alone.
