Andover Properties Appoints Justin Bowen as VP of Operations
Andover Properties has hired Justin Bowen as the vice president of operations, Bowen will be shaping and evolving the newly created role and working closely with Robert Smith, Andover’s chief accounting officer and chief operating officer, and director of operations Dave Cooper.
Previously the director of operations at Go Store It, Bowen brings over two decades of seasoned leadership experience to the team. He has managed $33M in rental revenue across 43 stores in 10 states, executed 12 acquisitions and developed new districts, boosting revenue by $61K annually through strategic space optimization.
