Andover Office Duo Secures 101K SF of New and Renewal Leases

CBRE arranged four new leases totaling 101,144 square feet at 300 and 600 Federal St., a two-building complex recently redeveloped to accommodate office, life science and R&D companies, within Andover Technology Park in Andover, MA. The recent leases include 54,172 square feet of new leasing and 46,972 square feet of renewals.

Among the new tenants at 600 Federal St., Technology Greenhouse has relocated its operations from Woburn to the building’s newly built-out lab space. At 300 Federal Street, Integrated Gastroenterology Consultants is opening a surgical suite.

The CBRE team of Don Domoretsky, Alex Plaisted and Jack Scribner represented the ownership, a partnership between Celera Properties and True North Management Group, in all four leases.

“Andover is a dynamic market with a mix of R&D, life science, office and medical users, and the redevelopment of 300 and 600 Federal St. has created a compelling location that can meet the needs of these companies,” said Domoretsky.
