Andover Life Science Redevelopment Adds 42K-SF Leasing 

Celera Properties and True North Management Group have completed the first phase of their life science redevelopment project at 600 Federal Street in Andover, Massachusetts.  

The 250,000-square-foot campus in the Andover Technology Park has undergone core and shell redevelopment to accommodate power upgrades and lab-ready base-building improvements, as well as a new facade, spec lab suites, and common areas.  

The project has secured 42,000 square feet of leasing activity across four tenants, including Univercells N.A, which established its US headquarters at the property. The next phase, set for delivery in summer 2024, will include two additional market-ready lab suites and additional shell space.
