
Anderson Towers Secures Ares Management as Anchor Tenant
Family-owned development and management company, Anderson Real Estate has secured a 12-year, 206,000-square-foot lease from Ares Management at the firm’s reimagined “Anderson Towers” complex in the Century City submarket of Los Angeles. Ares, a global investment manager, will also receive naming rights to the building as part of the deal.
Located at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars, the towers are undergoing an extensive $100 million renovation that will offer panoramic view, five acres of outdoor spaces and interconnected pathways with a bridge to Westfield Century City Mall .

Anderson Real Estate was represented in the lease transaction by LA Realty Partners and CBRE with legal counsel from Allen Matkins while Ares Management was represented by Savills and WESTMAC.
