Anchor Retailer at Neptune/Sixth MXU Opens Its Doors
Discount retailer DII Stores has opened its doors on a new space at 626 Sheepshead Bay Rd. within Cammeby’s Neptune/Sixth mixed-use development in Coney Island. The neighborhood convenience store offering everyday household products, DII’s newly-opened 11,900-square-foot space is the anchor retail tenant at 616 Sheepshead Bay, and part of a diverse collection of retail offerings at Neptune/Sixth.
DII Enterprises’ Morris Dweck said the new location is “a major upgrade from our previous space” at neighboring 530 Neptune Ave. Along with DII, other retail tenants at the 161,000-square-foot 626 Sheepshead Bay include I & M Wines and Liquor, Danny’s Cafe Express, Krupa Card Store and a branch of the US Postal Service.
In addition to occupying the ground floor retail space, DII Enterprises has moved its corporate headquarters to a 6,000-square-foot space on the 3rd floor of the office component of 626 Sheepshead Bay.
