Anchor Health Snags Medical Office Building in Gwinnett for $5M

Anchor Health Properties has acquired the Walther Professional Center, an 18,471-square-foot medical office building in Lawrenceville for $5.3 million.

Located at 766 Walther Rd. NW, the property is nearby Northside-Hospital-Gwinnett. Currently, the property is fully-leased to two tenants, Northeast Atlanta Ear, Nose & Throat and Eastside Heart and Vascular. Anchor Health manages more than five million square feet of medical office space across the nation.

Steve Hall and Kevin Markwordt of Transwestern represented the seller, ENTOB LLC, in the acquisition.
