
Anchor Health Completes Acquisition of 90K-SF MOB in Marietta
Anchor Health Properties has closed a three-story, 90,379 square foot outpatient medical office building in the Atlanta submarket of Marietta, GA. The company now owns and manages 700,000 square feet across 16 assets throughout GA.
Steve Hall and Kevin Markwordt with Transwestern represented Anchor in the transaction and are now providing leasing services. Capital One provided debt financing services
The facility is located on the Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital campus and anchored by two ambulatory surgery centers and is directly connected to the main inpatient facility through a breezeway.
Anchor plans to execute on a substantial capital improvement plan to bring the building to a Class A standard and support Wellstar Health’s long-term presence on the Windy Hill Campus. The company intends to position the building as the premier outpatient medical service facility serving the submarket given ongoing development activity, including multiple residential housing projects.
