Analog Devices Takes 445K SF at Santa Clara Square

Irvine Company signed an office lease with Analog Devices, Inc. for 445,000 square feet at Santa Clara Square. The analog technology company plans to take occupancy of 2555 and 2565 Augustine Dr. in Santa Clara, CA, as it consolidates operations from Milpitas and San Jose later this fall.

The deal includes building-top signage rights and follows Irvine Co.’s recent 222,500-square-foot lease with Hitachi Vantara, bringing the 1.7-million-square-foot property to 91% leased.

Collaboration is key for the company, following ADI’s recent acquisition of Linear Technology. ADI’s Vincent Roche says, “We also believe that our new state-of-the-art facility will give us a competitive advantage as we offer the world’s top talent an opportunity to work with some of the industry’s brightest minds in an incredible next-generation workplace.”
