Anaheim MF Parking Structure Showcases Swanky Amenity Deck with Pool, Beer Garden
The George, a 340-unit multifamily development in Anaheim, CA, proves parking structures can be great places to hang out. The centerpiece of the project is a modern five-story wrap parking structure featuring a jaw-dropping 32,000-square-foot rooftop deck that spans the entire parking structure’s roof surface.
The 578-stall, nine-level structure provides added value to Lyon Living’s overall development. It serves as a lush rooftop amenity deck, pool, fitness center, and beer garden overlooking Angels Stadium, and is a spectacular platform from which to view the nightly Disneyland fireworks.
Architects Orange’s Jason Rupp says, “The technical feat of this project was the amenity filled rooftop deck, which elevates luxury above the ground floor. By incorporating the sky deck atop the parking structure, not only did it maximize the site coverage and provide additional units, but also offered unobstructed views of Angel Stadium and nightly Disneyland fireworks. The sky deck at The George is an entertainer’s paradise that has moved this development from great to legendary.”
