Anaheim Flex/R&D Building Set for Church Conversion
Crosspointe Church signed a 10-year lease for 44,913 square feet at Anaheim Corporate Center in Anaheim, CA. The transaction is valued at nearly $6 million for the flex/R&D building at 1300 N. Kellogg Dr. which will be converted into a church.
Lee & Associates’ Allen C. Buchanan and Joshua K. Harper represented the landlord, 1300 Anaheim, LLC. Colliers International’s Gian Starita represented the tenant.
Buchanan says, “Crosspointe Church had been looking at this property, which had been vacant for the last two years. Six months of negotiations, a conditional use-permit and a zone change later, and Crosspointe expects to open in mid-2017.”
