AmTrustRE Brings Financial District Office Tower to 100% Occupancy

AmTrustRE, a national real estate owner-operator, said Tuesday that 59 Maiden Ln., its 1,043,670-square-foot office tower in Manhattan’s Financial District, has reached 100% occupancy. The leasing milestone occurs with a new, 14,807-square-foot lease with Blackstone-backed ANV Group Holdings Ltd. and a 58,164-square-foot renewal from London Fischer LLP.

The full occupancy comes ahead of the completion of the property’s extensive repositioning, including its facade and lobby renovations expected in 2027, and a redesigned public plaza, slated for completion later this year. “Reaching full occupancy before completing the transformation of 59 Maiden Ln. is a meaningful validation of our long-term investment strategy,“ said Jonathan Bennett, President of AmTrustRE. “By thoughtfully repositioning an exceptionally well-located asset and reinvesting in the building and tenant experience, we’ve created a workplace that drives strong leasing outcomes and competes with the best assets in the market.”

ANV and AmTrustRE were both self-represented in the new lease. Bud London, Managing Partner of London Fischer, represented the firm in the renewal, while AmTrustRE was self-represented by Anne Holker, Managing Director Leasing and Acquisitions of AmTrustRE.
