AmTrust RE Partners with VTS on App for Chicago Office Portfolio

AmTrust RE, a national real estate owner-developer with 12 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and residential properties, has launched “AmTrustRE,” a tenant experience app powered by VTS Rise, across the majority of its seven-building, 6.2-million-square-foot Chicago portfolio. AmTrust worked closely with VTS to customize the technology for each individual property, creating a curated experience for tenants across the portfolio.

Using the app, tenants may sign up for building amenities and conference rooms; order lunch from local dining establishments; gain easy building access for themselves and visitors without a keycard; and submit and manage service requests.

“We’re in the midst of reinvigorating our entire portfolio to better serve the evolving needs of today’s employers, and the AmTrustRE app will help us reach that goal,” said AmTrust president Jonathan Bennett. “A growing portion of the workforce is comprised of digital-first millennials and Gen Zs, and these professionals will now be able to tap into every building related touch point with a seamless mobile experience.”
