AmTote International Renews 51K-SF Lease in Maryland 

AM Tote International, Inc., a technology and services provider to the global pari-mutuel wagering market, has renewed its 50,665 square foot lease at 11200 Pepper Road in Hunt Valley, Maryland, a single-story building comprising 74,069 square feet of light industrial space.

Daniel Hudak, SIOR and Joe Bradley, SIOR, both Senior Vice President and Principal and Joe Bradley for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services handled negotiations on behalf of the landlord, Schilling Pepper Lot 24 Business Trust, and Stuart Reinhoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. The building is 100 percent leased.

The company utilizes the space to house its corporate headquarters, R&D, and manufacturing operations, with approximately 35 employees working in the building. 11200 Pepper Road is within walking distance of a Light Rail Station and is close to Interstate 83, Hunt Valley Towne Centre and an array of other restaurant options and business amenities.
