AMP&RSAND Office Complex Adds Four Tenants in Mission Valley

Casey Brown Company’s AMP&RSAND, an award-winning creative office redevelopment of the former San Diego Union-Tribune HQ and Press in San Diego’s Mission Valley area, recently added four new tenants. They include Campos EPC, which leased 11,000 square feet to join Turner Construction and Harley Ellis Devereaux Corp. as office tenants, and Therapie Bistro and Wine Bar.

AMP&RSAND is located at 350 Camino De La Reina, and comprises two Class A buildings totaling 343,000 square feet. Cushman & Wakefield’s Derek Hulse, Morgan Reno and Brett Ward handle project leasing and represented the landlord in each of the transactions.

Hulse said, “This western corridor of Mission Valley is going through one of San Diego’s most significant transformations with the redevelopment of Riverwalk, the completion of the redevelopment of Town & Country and several other large-scale multifamily development projects together with AMP&RSAND as Mission Valley’s only adaptive re-use office campus.”

Be there in person for the 8th Annual Connect Los Angeles 2024, May 1 at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown. Industry leading experts will share insights and forecasts on today’s CRE markets.
