AMLI Residential completed its latest addition—AMLI North Park—to the AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective, a 700-acre mixed-use neighborhood developed on the former site of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport in Austin, Texas.

This latest delivery is the fourth of five separate AMLI apartment communities. The final community, AMLI Park Central, is scheduled to open in spring 2026.

Upon completion of its fifth phase, AMLI Park Central, the AMLI Mueller Apartment Collective will offer 1,978 apartment homes.

Three are up and going. AMLI at Mueller: 237 apartments with an average of 820 square feet across a five-story building and 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, AMLI on Aldrich: 318 apartments in two four-story buildings and AMLI Branch Park.

AMLI Park Central is currently under construction. It will offer 650 apartments in two buildings, with live/work spaces available. The first move-ins are planned for Late 2026.
