Amish Market Renews Midtown Lease  

Amish Market, a gourmet grocery store in Hell’s Kitchen, has signed a five-year lease renewal for its 15,000-square-foot retail space at 731 Ninth Avenue, between West 49th and West 50th streets.  

Amish Market has been in the neighborhood for over 20 years and will continue to serve the community with its renewal. The store is located on the ground floor of a four-story walk-up building with residential units above. 

Meridian’s James Famularo and Evan Roteman brokered the deal for the landlord, Aetna Realty. Amish Market was represented by Famularo.
