Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has secured a lease with amika and Eva NYC, both Brooklyn-born haircare brands, for a 10-year, 19,000-square-foot space starting fall 2024. Sam Seiler of JLL represented the landlord and Michael Berman & Whitten Morris, also of JLL, represent the tenants in the deal. 

Developed by Rubenstein Partners, the building occupies a full block bounded by Wythe and Kent Avenues and North 12th and North 13th Streets, directly across the street from Bushwick Inlet Park, the city’s waterfront park development. The building features amenities, including a fitness facility, a private outdoor terrace, and on-site parking.
