AmerisourceBergen 300K-SF HQ to Go North in Carrollton

AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group struck a deal with Billingsley Co. for a 300,000-square-foot office lease at the Offices of Austin Ranch in Carrollton, TX. The corporate campus, which will serve as the company’s new regional headquarters, will be the largest build-to-suit office campus at the 1,700-acre, master-planned development near SH 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway) and the Dallas North Tollway.

Jeff Staubach, Greg Biggs, Torrey Littlejohn and Chase Monroe with JLL represented the tenant in the transaction. Marijke Lantz with Billingsley Co. represented the landlord.

AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group is a pharmaceutical services provider currently operating out of Frisco, TX.
