Ameriprise Signs 10-Year Renewal for One World Trade Center Space

The Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced that Ameriprise Financial, Inc. has renewed its lease at One World Trade Center. The global financial services firm has had a corporate presence at One World Trade Center since 2016 and will retain its current 37,704-square-foot space on the 78th floor for another decade. One World Trade Center is 97% leased.

“Ameriprise was one of the first tenants at One World Trade Center,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “Their recommitment to the building demonstrates One World Trade Center’s continued draw of financial services firms and the strength of the Lower Manhattan office market.”

The Durst Organization was represented in house by Eric Engelhardt, Karen Rose, and Sayo Kamara, and by Newmark’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Hal Stein, Nathan Kropp, and Paige Raisides. Josh Kurlioff, Drew Braver, Heather Thomas, and Nicole Estevez of Cushman & Wakefield represented Ameriprise.
