American Realty Advisors Buys 604,000-SF I-88 Gateway Logistics

American Realty Advisors has acquired the I-88 Gateway Logistics Center, a 604,565-square-foot industrial asset in North Aurora, IL, west of Chicago. The seller was the property’s developer, a partnership between Opus and USAA Real Estate Co.

The property at 1200 Orchard Gateway Blvd. has one tenant, Midwest Warehouse & Distribution System Inc., which signed a lease through 2022. Jeffrey Devine and Steven Disse of Colliers International represented the seller.
