American Landmark Acquires 270-Unit Apartment Property in Jacksonville

Multifamily owner-operator American Landmark Apartments has acquired Argyle Lake at Oakleaf Town Center, a 270-unit class A multifamily community in Jacksonville. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2021, Argyle Lake at Oakleaf Town Center is located at 9849 Crosshill Blvd. The community consists of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with finishes that include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood-inspired flooring, spacious laundry rooms and washer/dryers. Amenities include a coffee bar, clubhouse and swimming pool, barbecue area and pet washing area.
