American Healthcare Appoints Scott Estes to Board of Directors

Irvine, CA-based real estate investment trust, American Healthcare REIT, Inc., has appointed Scott A. Estes to the board of directors. Estes will serve as one of the company’s independent directors and as a member of the audit committee. 

Estes served as chief financial officer of Welltower Inc. for more than a decade, and was significantly involved in the management of capital allocation in support of Welltower’s rapid growth. Welltower is currently the largest publicly traded healthcare REIT in the country.
