American Cross-Dock & Storage Expands to 147K SF

American Cross-Dock & Storage inked a deal to expand its space. Specifically, the tenant signed a lease for 102,863 square feet and a sublease for 44,000 square feet in Pasadena, TX. The two leases in the Greater Houston market total 146,863 square feet.

Bob Berry SIOR and Grant Hortenstine with Avison Young represented the tenant. CBRE’s Jason Dillee and Andrew Jewett negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Triten Real Estate Partners. The logistics tenant leased the bulk of its space at 9701 New Decade Dr., within Bayport North Logistics Center. The sublease involved space at 13225 Bay Park Rd.

American Cross-Dock launched 18 months ago, and has been on a fast-track growth since that time. “We were happy to locate American Cross-Dock into a state-of-the-art facility near Port Houston, where the firm’s primary customer base conducts business,” Hortenstine said.
