American Capital Nears Finish Line on Everett’s Broadway Corridor MF

Bellevue-based American Capital Group is putting the finishing touches on Kinect @ Broadway, a 140-unit multifamily community on Everett’s Broadway corridor. The seven-story development at 3214 Broadway is on track to deliver next month.

The property is located in downtown Everett near the Everett Station transit center, which opened in 2002. Revitalization has gradually followed on the north end of the Broadway corridor, anchored around Everett Community College and Washington State University’s Everett campus.

Kinect @ Broadway includes 286 parking spaces in a three-level garage. A resident clubhouse and leasing office are housed on the second level, with apartments above. That includes 70 two-bedrooms, 55 one-bedrooms and 15 studio apartments. The pet-friendly property features keyless entry doors, and a third-floor open-air courtyard with views of the surrounding neighborhood, Everett Station and the Cascade mountains. Additional amenities include a 24-hour gym, and a resident kitchen and entertainment area.
