American Capital Announces New Development in Shoreline

Real estate development and investment company, American Capital Group (ACG), has unveiled Kinect @ Shoreline, a 240-unit multifamily complex in the Seattle submarket of Shoreline, WA. The project will feature six stories of housing, 20% of which is affordable, and 2,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

“Kinect @ Shoreline will offer residents the benefits of a suburban lifestyle, without compromising access to the city given its proximity to convenient transportation,” said BJ Kuula, ACG President. The community is adjacent to the future 185th Street Sound Transit Light Rail Station which will open just as the project does in late 2024.

The community will feature attractive amenities for residents, including high-end finishes, multiple club and game rooms, a fitness center, golf simulator, yoga studio, theater, courtyards with BBQ areas and fire pits. Situated along Interstate 5, the property provides easy access to the nearby employment centers of Seattle and Bellevue, WA.
