AmerCable signed for 57,000 square feet at the under-construction First Grand Parkway Commerce Center on Houston’s far west side. Cushman & Wakefield’s Beau Kaleel and Allison Bergmann represented the landlord, First Industrial, in the transaction. Rob Johnson with Colliers International was on hand for the tenant.

First Grand Parkway Commerce Center consists of two buildings at Brand Parkway and Morton Ranch Road. Building 1 is 173,045 square feet,and Building 2 measures 198,905 square feet. Both speculative buildings offer 32-foot clear height, a 130-foot truck court and 60-foot speed bay. Availability is scheduled for December.
