Ambulatory Surgery Center Price Breaks Records

An 8,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center at 14425 Falcon Head Blvd. in Austin broke a record high for price-per-square foot. This sale was also a record low for CAP rate in the submarket of Lakeway.

The sale price and buyer were undisclosed. NAI Partners’ Tyler Jaynes and Ryan McCullough represented the seller, Izarus LLC, in the sale.

The property is new construction and includes five class-C operating rooms. Falconhead Surgery Center is a community-focused boutique-style ambulatory surgery center which a focus on technology and patient experience.
