Amazon 3PL Takes 500K SF at Charlotte-Area Spec Industrial Development

McCraney Property Company pre-leased 507,512 square feet with NFI at Logistics 77 @ Riverwalk in Rock Hill, SC. The supply chain solutions provider, which is one of the primary third-party logistics providers to global e-commerce giant, Amazon, will be the sole tenant in a new building at the industrial property.

“Relationships are everything,” said McCraney Property Co.’s Steven McCraney. “And we are proud to align with NFI as the sole tenant in the largest speculative industrial building built in the greater Charlotte market in recent years.

Logistics 77 @ Riverwalk marks McCraney Property Company’s first project to complete construction as part of its expansion throughout the Southeast. The facility is located in Riverwalk Business Park, a 1,000-acre mixed-use project that includes housing, retail, office, cycling venues and industrial properties. Foundry Commercial’s Warren Snowdon and David Hanna represented the landlord.
