Alvarez & Marshal Secures $18M Office Complex within Research Triangle Park
Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments has completed the acquisition of the Miami North Office Park in Durham, NC for $18.3 million. The buildings on South Miami Boulevard total 74,500 square feet.
Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments was self-represented in this transaction. The seller, TME Investments, was represented by Ben Kilgore of CBRE’s Raleigh office.
“We are thrilled to continue expanding our portfolio nationally with our newest acquisition in Durham,” said Michael Marsal, founding partner and managing director of AMPI. “The asset sits in the world-renown Research Triangle Park and is currently 100% occupied. Our team looks forward to continued growth in 2022.”
Current tenants include Juul, vXchnge, North Carolina Weselyan College, KB Homes and Get Spiffy.
