Alvarez & Marsal Secures 11 Leases Across Downtown Portfolio

Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (AMPI) completed 11 leases in the third quarter at 205 W. Wacker Dr., 205 W. Randolph St. and 445 W. Erie in downtown Chicago. Jonathan Kellerman, AMPI’s director of leasing, represented ownership in all but one transaction.  

At 205 W. Wacker, law firm Kennedy & Associates was represented by Sterling Bay’s Jesse Van Dyke in leasing 3,402 square feet. Interior Investments renewed 6,571 square feet, and Nutriscience Innovations, LLC renewed 1,995 square feet. Madison Rose’s Adam Pines represented the landlord in this transaction. 

At 205 W. Randolph, Malman Law expanded to 3,835 square feet, Goldman & Grant renewed 4,090 square feet and L2 services renewed 3,495 square feet.   

Leasing activity at 445 W. Erie included Formic’s 2,101-square-foot lease; Aleksandra Nova Design’s 1,959-square-foot lease, represented by Core Capital Group’s Niles Partel; Donte Mitchell Hair’s 1,926-square-foot lease; Dronehub Media LLC,’s 1,380-square-foot renewal; and Surgical Innovation Associates’ 2,602-square-foot lease, represented by Craig Nadborne at Bradford Allen.
