Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions Hires Two Senior Directors

Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions (AMPS) hired Joshua Lewin and Fritz Kemerling as senior directors. Lewin joins AMPS from Isaacs and Company, where he advised retail tenants and owners for 17 years. Kemerling joins from L3 Capital, where he served as principal in the New York office.

Fritz Kemerling Alvarez & Marsal Property ServicesDuring his time at Isaacs and Company, Lewin completed transactions across North America on behalf of brands that reflect his deep interest in the growing intersection of urban and outdoor lifestyles.  

In addition to L3 Capital, Kemerling worked at The Dartmouth Company as a principal and partner for nearly 12 years.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
