ALUR Walls Relocates Showroom to 150 Broadway

ALUR Walls, a manufacturer of demountable glass wall systems, is relocating its New York showroom from midtown Manhattan to 150 Broadway in the Financial District.

The new showroom will occupy 4,015 square feet on the 15th floor of 150 Broadway and will provide a dynamic setting for customers to experience ALUR’s wall systems in person. ALUR offers made-to-order demountable glass and solid dividing walls that provide sound control and foster collaboration in open office layouts. The company also offers a double-glazed wall system called Duo for enhanced acoustical privacy.

150 Broadway is the headquarters of JEMB Realty, which purchased the building in 1983. Also known as the Westinghouse Building. The ALUR Walls lease is the 16th deal in the past year including new leases, expansions and renewals.
