Altitude Trampoline Enters Odessa with 24K-SF Buy

Altitude Trampoline Park has planted its flag in Odessa, TX, with the acquisition of a free-standing, 24,000-square-foot building that once was home to a Staples Inc. Gal Avneri with The Woodmont Co. represented seller RW Odessa Holdings LP in the transaction. Joseph Williams, also with Woodmont, represented Altitude Trampoline Park.

The site at 5161 E. 42nd St. will be Altitude’s first location in the market. A spokesperson with Woodmont said the new owner anticipates opening in late January-early February 2018. “Altitude is actively looking for additional purchase opportunities,” he noted.

Staples vacated the location in September 2017, as its lease was terminated as a condition of Altitude’s buy. “We had a few national retailers looking at the site, before the ownership decided Altitude was the best fit,” the Woodmont spokesperson added.
