Alteryx Leases Full Floor at Modernized Midtown Tower

Alteryx, Inc. leased 18,017 square feet of office space at Savanna’s 19 W. 44th St. The full-floor deal brings office leasing volume at the Midtown property to more than 70,000 square feet since Savanna took ownership and undertook an extensive modernization plan.

“Our improvements to 19 W. 44th have effectively created a new-construction quality tenant experience within a pre-war shell in a stellar Midtown location,” said Linhadley Eljach, leasing associate at Savanna. “This combination of attributes has helped us attract and retain a wide variety of tenants, and we’re extremely pleased to welcome Alteryx to 19 W. 44th.”

Steve Billigmeier and Sebastian Infante of Cushman & Wakefield represented Alteryx. A JLL team of Mitchell Konsker, Ben Bass, Barbara Winter and Kip Orban advised the building ownership.
