Alterra IOS Purchases 5 Acres in Baltimore
Alterra IOS has acquired 7121 Dorsey Run Road, Elkridge, Maryland, a 5-acre property in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. It offers 13,000 square feet of office and shop space, along with paved and graveled yard areas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“7121 Dorsey Run Road checks several boxes for what Alterra seeks in an IOS site. It has proximity to major infrastructure, in this case I-95, Route 1, Route 100, existing zoning that is supportive a wide range of IOS tenancy, as well as site configuration and improvements that fit what our tenant base is seeking,” said Mark Gannon, senior vice president Alterra IOS.
