Altair Global Relocating HQ to Frisco

Altair Global signed a lease to take down 64,949 square feet for its headquarters at Hall Park’s newest office building at 3201 Dallas Pkwy. in Frisco, TX. The management consulting company, which employs 300, will relocate from its current space at 7500 Dallas Pkwy. in Plano, TX.

Altair Global was represented in search and lease negotiations by Cushman & Wakefield’s Randy Cooper, Maureen Kelly Cooper, Dean Collins and Emily Hoffman. Hall Park was represented by Hall Group’s Kim Butler, Cynthia Cowen and Brad Gibson. The lease brings the 300,000-square-foot building to 80% occupancy.

“Through an extensive site search, it was determined that Hall Park would be the perfect building due to the location, amenities and ability to have a clean slate to create the workplace environment that captures the essence of the Altair Global brand,” Kelly Cooper said.
