Alphabet City MF Portfolio Sold for $20M 

Three mixed-use apartment buildings at 504-508 E 12th St, New York, have been sold for $19.5 million. The names of the buyer and seller were not identified.  

Spanning 30,858 square feet, these buildings, located in Alphabet City, boast 54 residential units and four commercial units, offering a mix of one to four-bedroom apartments. The buyer aims to enhance the asset’s potential by repositioning apartments and retail spaces. 

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale with a team of Joe Koicim, Logan Markley, Zan Colin, and Matt Berger.
