Alpha Realty Lists Two Prewar Walk-Ups in Parkchester
Alpha Realty is selling 2160 Newbold Ave. and 2200 Powell Ave, in the Parkchester section of the Bronx. The firm’s Lev Mavashev and Yehuda Leser are spearheading the assignment.
Built in 1931, 2160 Newbold is a 33-unit building and just under 33,000 square feet. The four-story walk-up building is being marketed at just over $200/foot.
Alpha notes that the property has long-term ownership and is fully rent stabilized. It’s fully occupied, and has excellent rent history.
Built in 1916, 2200 Powell is a five-story walk-up with 126 apartments over 14 commercial units located three blocks south of 2160 Newbold. The block-through building is both well-maintained and in pristine condition, says Alpha.
Both properties are located a short walk from the 6 train at the Castle Hill Ave Station. They have been under the same family ownership for over 20 years.
