Alpha Insulation Ends Search, Inks Lewisville Lease

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing Inc. ended its 18-month long search for expansion space in North Texas by signing a lease at Creekside 121’s Building 1 in Lewisville, TX. The Georgia-headquartered tenant is taking down 25,445 square feet, and becomes one of landlord EastGroup Properties’ first tenants at Creekside 121. Alpha Insulation will relocate to its new space at 301 Leora on Feb. 1.

Joe Santaularia and Brock Wilson with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in lease negotiations. The duo is also marketing Alpha Insulation’s 17,748-square-foot site at 1225 Capital Dr. in Carrollton, TX.

Alpha Insulation’s services include commercial insulation, waterproofing, spray foam insulation, restoration, firestops and spray fireproofing. The company has 11 regional offices throughout the Southeast and South Central U.S.
