Alo Yoga Rolls Out the Mat in Brooklyn

Athleisure brand Alo Yoga will be establishing its first New York City location when it opens this fall in a multi-level, 14,228-square-foot space at 241 Bedford Ave. in Brooklyn. Lee & Associates NYC’s Peter Braus, Garry Steinberg and Jaime Schultz arranged the 10-year lease on behalf of landlord RedSky Capital.

“With neighbors such as Apple and Whole Foods Market, Alo is well-positioned to reach their modern, health-conscious client base,” said Braus. “Furthermore, the multi-level layout will allow the Alo team to create a truly experiential retail space,” including yoga classes on the second floor.

Alo Yoga was represented by Lauren Musacchio and Alissa Bersin of McDevitt Company. The retailer currently has three brick and mortar stores in Los Angeles, including its flagship Beverly Hills location.
