Only one condominium is still listed for sale at One John Street, Alloy Development’s 12-story tower at Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO.

The 42 condos have been selling at prices averaging $4.3 million apiece or $1,800 per square foot, according to StreetEasy. The $42 million building opened in August 2016, and has just been certified by the U.S. Green Building Council.

“Every decision was analyzed for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ultimately, comfort,” said Colin Schless, associate for engineering firm Thornton Tomasetti. “The result was a high-performance building that achieved LEED Gold, and stands out as a new landmark on the Brooklyn waterfront.”
