Almost Complete: Model Home Opens at 55 W. 17th

The nearly-finished luxury condominiums at 55 W. 17th St. have a brand new sales gallery and model home inside the building, which opens spring 2017.

“It’s always an exciting time in a project when we can finally invite prospective buyers and brokers into the building,” said David Von Spreckelsen, the New York division president of developer Toll Brothers City Living.

The 19-story building offers 52 residences ranging from one– to four–bedroom units in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. More than half of the building has already sold, with only 13 available listings remaining. Prices start at $1.8 million for a one-bedroom, according to StreetEasy.

“We selected Petersen handmade bricks and designed custom window frames. The Interiors’ clean, refined aesthetic speaks Chelsea,” said Morris Adjmi, founder of Morris Adjmi Architects. “The double-height lounge and the mezzanine screening room with all its natural light are my favorite features of the amenity space.”
