Allston Office Building Trades for $3M
Coldwell Banker Commercial has brokered the $2.5 million sale of an office building located at 280 Lincoln St. in Allston, MASS. The three-story building totals 10,800 square feet and is situated on 0.25 acres of land.
Todd Glaskin of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer, LEOVOFS LLC, in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
“This property is a premier location within steps to Harvard University’s recent expansion over the Charles River of their Allston campus,” said Glaskin. “We facilitated an off-market transaction for a longtime client whose flexibility and strength provided a mutually beneficial sale for both parties.”
