Allied Irish Takes Full Floor at 825 Third

Allied Irish Banks PLC (AIB) is relocating its Midtown headquarters to 825 Third Avenue. It will occupy 11,054 square feet on the 14th floor of the newly renovated, LEED Gold-certified building owned by The Durst Organization. The move is part of a $150 million transformation of the 530,000-square-foot property.

“We have nearly completed a top-to-bottom transformation of 825 Third Avenue with best-in-class amenities, modern office spaces, sustainable systems, and a beautiful lobby. The building will provide an exceptional home for Allied Irish,” said Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization.

Located in Midtown East, 825 Third Avenue houses tenants including Genius Sports and Toyota Tsusho America Inc. The Durst Organization was represented by an in-house team, while Matthew McBride of CBRE represented AIB in the lease.
